- Bickel – St. Michael’s Reform (Section 10) North side of Bickel Church Road, ½ mile west of Basil Road (County Road 46)
- Bright (Section 28) East side of Havensport Road, 1 mile south of Basil-Western Road (County Road 13)
- Edwards (Either Section 25N Liberty or Section 30N Walnut Township – exact location uncertain) Possibly destroyed
- Evangelical Union-Snider (Section 10) Both sides of Snyder Church Road (County Road 42), ¾ mile north of Bickel Church Road
- Fairchild (Section 32) North side of Pleasantville Road (County Road 17), just west of Havensport Road
- Fairview - Ritters (Section 18) Near Fairview Church (formerly Ritter’s Church) at Northeast corner of State Route 256 and Doty road, at western edge of township
- Fletcher Chapel (Section 24N) North side of Blacklick Road (Township Road 110), 2/3 miles east of State Route 158
- Geohagen (Section 24) In eastern part of Baltimore, northeast of Granville Street at eastern edge of Old Baltimore Methodist Cemetery
- Heistand (Section 36) South side of Leonard Road, 1 mile east of State Route 158 south of Baltimore (all stones are down)
- Kumler (Section 13) West side of Kumler Road, between the road and Pawpaw Creek, 1 mile north of Baltimore
- Leitnecker (Section 35) Southwest of State Route 158 and Leonard Road, ½ mile south of Baltimore
- Maple Grove (Baltimore) (Sections 13-24) Northern edge of Baltimore on west side of State Route 158 (back section is Rome Cemetery which was set when Rome laid out)
- Mt. Carmel (Section 30) South side of Basil-Western Road (County Road 13), ¼ mile west of Eversole Road
- Mt. Olive (Section 5) West side of Poplar Creek Road, ¾ mile south of State Route 204 (Blacklick-Eastern Road)
- Mt. Zion (Section 19N) At Southwest corner of sharp turn of State Route 204 (Blacklick-Eastern Road)
where it joins Blacklick Road (County Road 83), 5 miles east of Lockville - Musser (Section 13) Was in the southwest corner of Bickel Church Road and Cherry Lane (destroyed)
